Yes, we do! Please note that international orders will usually take longer to ship than UK orders.

At checkout, you will be able to choose from multiple shipping options. This means you can receive your order next day, or in 3-5 working days.

International Delivery

Your order should arrive between 4-5 working days. After placing an order, you will receive an email with a tracking link that will allow you to track the progress of your shipment.

Once we receive your order confirmation, you'll be sent a shipping confirmation email within one to two days. The email you receive will provide a link you can use to check the status of your order.

Double-check the code for typos (spaces before and after the codes), expiry dates, and product exclusions (discount codes don’t work with multi-buys, subscriptions, and bundles that are already handsomely discounted). This policy is also applicable to our points redemption.

Yes! You can swap flavours or switch to a different product before your next renewal date through your account dashboard.

Mix one sachet with 500–750 ml of water depending on taste preference and fluid needs. Shake well before drinking. For long sessions, you can prepare multiple bottles in advance.

This depends on your body weight, sweat rate, and session length. As a general guide, aim for 60–90 g of carbs per hour in endurance sessions and replace lost electrolytes with SLT tablets or MIX products. For personalised advice, check our fuelling guides or consult a coach/nutritionist.

Most of our products should be generally safe for pregnant or breastfeeding women. However, we strongly advise that you speak to your doctor or healthcare professional about the specific product before using it if you are pregnant/breastfeeding.

 Yes, they are made from natural, plant-based starches - 100% water biodegradable, 100% biodegradable and 100% compostable. Making them easy to dispose of in an eco-friendly way.Biodegradable packing peanuts can be dissolved when exposed to moisture and warmth, they can be dissolved in your home and washed away down the sink, or can even be added to a compost bin.

Keep sachets, gels, and tablets in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Avoid leaving them in hot environments (like a car or in direct sun) as this may affect taste and texture.

Unopened products do not need refrigeration. Once mixed with water, we recommend consuming within 24 hours. If not used immediately, keep the prepared drink in the fridge and shake well before drinking.

Each product has a best-before date printed on the packaging, usually 12–18 months from manufacture. For best performance and taste, we recommend using them before this date.

Yes - our sachets, gels, and tablets are designed to be lightweight and portable. Just be sure to keep them sealed until use to maintain freshness.

Sachets, gels, and tablets are stable when stored correctly. However, once opened or mixed, they should be consumed promptly to avoid spoilage.

The bars never lose their overall structure. They can get softer than normal as is the case with most food products.
